Our local author Sue Hampton joined us today in assembly to share her latest book ’Aliens and Angels.’ During the Summer term she worked with a group of Year 3 children who helped her design the illustrations for this book. Congratulations to the illustrators Luke Woolner, Harry Lane, Amy Edwards and Lily Pattinson who were presented with a signed copy of her book. Children were able to buy copies of Sue Hampton’s book at the end of the school day. We look forward to her coming back in the new year to work with groups of children developing their story writing skills.
