Music for Youth Festival, 01.03.20
On Sunday 1st March, Greenway’s school choir wowed audiences at the Music For Youth festival in Watford. Performing as part of Dacorum Schools’ Choir, led by Mrs O’Brien, the children sang a varied recital of choral music which was as challenging as it was beautiful to listen to. The choir is made up of children from Greenway, Westfield and St Thomas More schools as well as Dacorum Music School’s ‘Ace of Hearts Choir’. As well as performing at the event, the children were able to listen to an exciting repertoire by other school groups and be adjudicated by the Music For Youth Panel. The comments they received were fantastic and reflected all their hard work!
