Breakfast Club and After School Club

Our After School Club (WACCY) began in June 2002 and was the first of its kind in Berkhamsted. WACCY operates from 3.15 – 6.00pm Monday to Thursday inclusive. We also run a Breakfast Club which operates from 7.45-8.45am. 

We try to make our clubs as close to home as possible by fostering a relaxed atmosphere where the pupils feel safe, secure and take ownership of their club. As well as outdoor games and activities, pupils enjoy arts and crafts, board games and also have space to relax and enjoy books.

Children are offered a healthy cooked tea at WACCY and are provided with a range of healthy options for breakfast.

An added bonus of pupils attending this club at Greenway is that they can take part in extra-curricular clubs organised by school staff and some outside agencies. Children have a dedicated classroom for their sole use with access to school facilities such as the hall.
